global competativeness. Employability is not specific technical skills but are
the attributes of employees. Employability refers to the non-technical abilities
or traits which are expected to be possessed by the entry level employees. The
generic employability skills requirements are basic skills, higher order
thinking skills, affective domains & traits.
In our polytechnic college we are trying to inculcate the atitude &
